At the state level, a total of 98,991 National Police, Civil Guard, local police and regional police forces will integrate the specific device designed for this day of voting.
Visit to preparations
On the other hand, the delegate of the Government of Spain in Castilla-La Mancha, Francisco Tierraseca, visited last week the Logistics Distribution Center of electoral material, where work has been done to make all the necessary infrastructure available for the next Municipal Elections on May 28.
From this location, all the material that the municipalities of Toledo have requested has been prepared, after the previous information on the excess material of previous elections was collected and the calculation of the needs in these next elections was carried out. Likewise, we have proceeded in the other provinces of Castilla-La Mancha, through the contacts of the Subdelegations with the different municipalities.
In the case of Toledo, 14 officials of the Government Subdelegation were in charge of counting, packaging and distributing to the 204 municipalities of the province the more than 630,000 voting envelopes (of the ballot papers the municipalities are in charge of directly), the 1,940 ballot boxes (91 new ones), the 14,000 minutes and forms, the 3,000 office kits and the 1,250 signage posters of the tables. In addition, the 903 voting booths have been prepared and sent to the various municipalities, 99 of them new for these elections.
In the same way, each Subdelegation of the Government of each province of the region has carried out the same task, so that the 919 municipalities of Castilla-La Mancha have all the necessary material to hold in optimal conditions the Municipal Elections of May 28.
