- From 10:00 p.m. tonight, work will be carried out on the replacement of electric airlines, as they pass through Piélagos, and of the communications lines in the municipality of Polanco.
- Therefore, during the night of today Monday 24 and tomorrow Tuesday 25 November, two sections of the A-67 will be cut at km 187 and between km 195 and 197.
The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility is carrying out the capacity expansion works of the A-67 motorway in the Polanco-Santander section, in Cantabria. This action, in its entirety, has a budget of 172.8 million euros (VAT included).
In this context, the work of deviations of power lines and communications will be carried out. Therefore, and to guarantee the safety of workers and users, from 22:00 hours of this night until 5:30 am tomorrow Tuesday 25th, the following cuts will be made on the A-67 in both directions, with duly signposted traffic detours:
• At km 187: a detour will be made to exit and rejoin the motorway through link 187.
• Between km 195 and 197: an alternative itinerary will be made through the CA-231 and CA-304, between the exit and incorporation links 195 and 197 of the motorway.
These works are carried out in parallel to those of rehabilitation in Campoo de In the middlefor 9.5 million euros, within a plan of the Ministry to improve the network of state roads in Cantabria, which had a key milestone with the implementation of the new knot of Torrelavega, at the end of last July.
