The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility advances in the construction of the platform of the new high-speed line Palencia – Aguilar de Campoo. The works, in execution through Adif, extend from the north of the Palentine capital to the municipal area of Alar del Rey.
In this context, the works of execution of the platform at the height of Herrera de Pisuerga will begin that will affect the circulation of the A-67 motorway so, to guarantee the safety of workers and users, from 12:00 hours on Wednesday, June 4, there will be the cut of 650 m of the Santander road, between the km 77,550 and 78,200, diverting traffic to the Palencia road through two medium steps enabled for that purpose. Thus, the Palencia road will have 2 lanes of circulation with Palencia sense, and 1 lane with Santander sense.
The volume of traffic will increase as the summer period approaches, so road users are reminded that, for their own safety and that of construction workers, they increase precautions and respect vertical signage.
It is expected that the affectations will last approximately 5 months.
