SERVICES OF THE INSULAR DIRECTORATE IN LA GOMERA
 
                         The Subdelegation of the Government in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the Island Directorates in El Hierro, La Gomera and La Palma, direct the Administration of the State in the province and its territory, with a wide offer of services to citizens that are collected in its territory. Charter of Services.
As a complement to it, it presents a List of Services aimed at facilitating citizens access to the services provided indicating their mode of provision (face-to-face - with and without prior appointment - and/or electronic) and direct link to each specific service.
To this end, the Subdelegation offers:

                         An increasing number of the services provided in the Island Directorate are carried out totally or partially electronically.

INFORM YOU ABOUT THE CONNECTION REQUIREMENTS
 
                          
                         To access the electronic services it will be necessary to comply with technical requirements in relation to the browser and the digital identification of the user through a recognized certificate, DNIe, Digital Certificate or cl@ve. In cases where it is required to sign electronically, the use of AutoSignature will be necessary.

PROVIDE YOU WITH INFORMATION ABOUT OUR COMPLIANCE WITH COMMITMENTS
 
                         In case of non-compliance with any of the commitments declared in this letter, the users may contact the unit responsible for it, by writing or email, clearly specifying:
- The commitment breached.
- The facts that motivate such non-compliance.
- A form of contact to be able to answer them.
The unit responsible for the letter will inform the person concerned of the causes of the possible non-compliance and of the actions and measures adopted, where appropriate.
The claims for non-compliance with the commitments assumed in this letter, in no case will give rise to patrimonial responsibility of the Administration.
