The delegate of the Government in Asturias, Adriana Lastra, has presided over the coordination meeting of the security device on the occasion of the celebration of the derby between Real Oviedo and Real Sporting de Gijón this Sunday 27, at 9:00 p.m., in the Carlos Tartiere Stadium. The meeting was attended by representatives of both teams as well as those responsible for the emergency services and the Security Forces. The measures planned are similar to those adopted in previous meetings with the aim of allowing both fans to enjoy the meeting in safety, taking into account that the party is declared to be at ‘high risk’ by the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sport.
FANS OF THE REAL SPORTING DE GIJÓN
The fans of Real Sporting de Gijón will have to concentrate outside the Law School of the Campus del Cristo de Oviedo, located in Valentín Andrés Álvarez Street with parking area enabled, to collect the tickets assigned for the meeting. • The time established for the distribution of the corresponding tickets by the club Sporting de Gijón will be at 18:00 hours. • At 7:30 p.m., the trip to the Carlos Tartiere Stadium will begin, which will be escorted by members of the National Police. • For their part, the fans belonging to the Real Sporting de Gijón Animation Stand will make their departure at 18:50 hours from the El Molinón Stadium, making the trip to the Carlos Tartiere Stadium, by buses, also under the escort of the National Police. It is expressly stated that these two ways will be the only forms enabled for the access of the visiting fans to the Carlos Tartiere Stadium, with the aim of guaranteeing security, public order and the normal development of the established device.
FANS OF REAL OVIEDO
Fans of Real Oviedo who wish to access the Carlos Tartiere Stadium can do so from 19:30 hours, using any of the access doors to the stadium, regardless of the door that is indicated at their entrance, in order to avoid crowds due to an influx of public in the same time slot, although it is appropriate that they do so through the door that corresponds to them, in order to avoid transit through the stands. Once inside the venue, each amateur must occupy exclusively the locality assigned to him in his corresponding entrance.
As the only exception, access is restricted through doors 9 and 10, which will be exclusively intended for fans belonging to the Real Oviedo Animation Stand and door 24 of exclusive access for visiting fans. All fans are asked to scrupulously respect the established schedules, itineraries and access measures, as well as the indications of the members of the Security Forces and the personnel in charge of the device, in order to guarantee the safety of all attendees and the correct development of the meeting.
