Huesca.- Staff of the Information and Registration Unit of the Government Subdelegation in Huesca have visited today the IES Montes Negras in Grañén to teach the students of the center how to take advantage of the services and tools of digital administration, some of which are in fact indispensable to relate to the Administration.
Thus, public employees have reported on the different identification and digital signature systems: Platform Cl@ve, Digital Certificate of the National Currency and Stamp Factory, DNIe. The use of these tools is essential for the completion of numerous online administrative procedures, including requests for information and appointment requests for face-to-face procedures.
The staff of the Government Subdelegation has also explained the difference between the electronic headquarters (website through which it is possible to make arrangements) and the information portal (website intended only to provide information). In addition, he has dedicated part of the informative session to explaining the content, tools and possibilities offered by the main electronic venues. Among them, the Citizen’s File and the General Electronic Registry occupy a prominent place.
In the Citizen Folder, the main administrative documents related to the life of any person (certificates of registration, work life, educational titles, among others) are archived, classified by topic. Through the General Electronic Registry, natural and legal persons can submit a multitude of applications addressed to almost any agency of the General Administration of the State and the regional and local administrations.
Today’s visit to the IES Montes Negras is the last that the staff of the Information and Registration Unit has made during the last quarter of the year to various educational centers in Huesca in collaboration with the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) and the General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS).
Officials of these public bodies have reported on the functions of these institutions - key in people’s working lives - on the methods of identification before both of them that exist and on the most common procedures that such electronic identification allows (from obtaining a certificate of working life to the forecast of retirement age). These information sessions are framed within the program The Administration Near You, of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory. The Subdelegation of the Government in Huesca plans to increase these sessions in the coming months both in educational centers and in city councils and citizen associations.
Today’s session was also part of the extensive program of activities developed by the Subdelegation of the Government of Huesca during Open Administration Week (18-24 May). In the course of the same also took place yesterday a training talk about The Administration as a professional option with students of 1st Baccalaureate of the IES Ramón y Cajal de Huesca. It explained the different ways of accessing public employment and the basic characteristics of possible career paths within the Administration.
