Huesca.- Within the framework of the Open Administration Week (18-24 May), the Government Subdelegation in Huesca has organized a wide program of activities that allow citizens to see the historical heritage of the General Administration of the State from the day to day.
Deputy delegate José Carlos Campo said that “the principles of transparency and closeness are the basis of the functioning of the General Administration of the State. This week’s activities respond to that mandate that the Spanish people entrusted to us in the Constitution. They also respond to the principle of effectiveness, because if the citizens know well the functioning of the services of the Administration, they will be able to make greater and better use of them.”
The programme of activities includes a visit to its past, as on Thursday 21 May at 6:30 p.m. A relic of the past. The residence of the Civil Governor of Huesca, a guided tour of the premises of this residence where the people who participate will be able to see curiosities such as the room reserved to the dictator Francisco Franco or the one that is rumored to have hosted the writer Antonio Gala when he settled in Huesca to document himself for the novel The Turkish passion.

The headquarters of the Subdelegation will also be the setting for a training talk on Wednesday, May 20. The Administration as a professional option, which will explain the different ways of accessing public employment and the basic characteristics of possible career paths within the Administration.
Finalizing the activities at the headquarters of the Subdelegation, on Friday, May 22, organizations of the elderly and the social sector will be called to the talk The safety of our elders to expose the way the Greater Security Plan works, which provides security advice and assistance from the State Security Forces not only to the elderly, but also to professionals and volunteers who look after them.
The activities of the Open Administration Week in Huesca also travel outside. On Friday, May 22, personnel from the Information and Registration Unit of the Government Subdelegation in Huesca will travel to the IES Montes Negras, in the town of Grañén, to explain to the students of this educational center how to take advantage of the services and tools of the digital administration (Cl@ve Platform, Digital Certificate of the National Currency and Stamp Factory, DNIe), some of which are in fact indispensable to relate to the Administration.
