Huesca.- The Master Plan for School Coexistence 2025/2026, by which students of Primary, ESO, Baccalaureate and Training Cycles of the province receive talks from the National Police and the Civil Guard, has started with the preparatory meeting for this course. From this moment, the schools and institutes of the province will be able to request the presentations, which in the last edition reached more than 12,600 attendees.
One more course, the monologues of the social educator Marina Marroquí, programmed in the framework of the State Pact against Gender Violence, are one of the most demanded activities. Thus, barely four hours after opening the call for institutes, around 2,000 students from all over the province are enrolled in the passes of ‘This is not love’ and ‘This is not sex’. Given the high demand to attend in person, which exceeds the capacity of the two sessions scheduled on October 14 and 15, the Subdelegation is working to add a third date.
The meeting, chaired by the subdelegate of the Government in Aragón, Carlos Campo, was attended by the territorial delegate of the Government of Aragón, Javier Betorz, and the provincial director of Education, Mónica Martínez, as well as representatives of the National Police, the Civil Guard and the Local Police of Monzón, which is incorporated into the implementation of the Plan in that locality. On behalf of the educational community, representatives of FAPAR have attended.
The Master Plan for School Coexistence and Safety is a program of the Secretary of State for Security of the Ministry of the Interior that since 2007 promotes among young people values of respect, equality and responsibility, as well as the prevention of Internet risks, bullying, gender violence and alcohol and drug use.
