Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report on normative infractions and the fight against corruption has as its essential purpose the granting of adequate protection against reprisals that may be suffered by natural persons who report infractions. To this end, it establishes that, within the scope of the entities that make up the public sector, an internal information system must be available.

The Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, committed to the fight against corruption, has established the following internal information system:

For the presentation of information, the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory makes available an internal information channel for those persons who have obtained information on infractions, within the scope of the actions of the bodies of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory.

This channel allows, if desired, the presentation of information without identification, guaranteeing the absence of reprisals of any kind for complaints that have been sent in good faith, the complainant must have reasonable indications to support it and the sending of false or misrepresented information, as well as those that have been obtained illegally, is excluded.

The complaints channel does not serve to:

• To provide suggestions and complaints, proposals or other types of considerations.

• To communicate conflict situations, unfounded or false.
