The contracts, as in the previous Employment Plans that have been developed, will have a duration of 6 months and all of them will end before December 31 of this year.
The Delegate of the Government has valued the implementation of these Plans “to respond to one of our main objectives that is none other than to improve the employability and employment integration of people in situations of unemployment, especially those at risk of long-term unemployment”.
The highest representative of the Government of Spain in our city has advanced that these are 60 different occupations whose occupation codes, for the sake of the transparency that she has always defended will be made known and will be posted both in the different profiles of the Government Delegation and on the website of the Public Service of State Employment (SEPE).
Among these 60 occupations are categories such as masons, technical architects, conversation assistants, kitchen assistants, floor waiters, carpenters, coaches, chapists, caregivers of people with disabilities, social educators, electricians, physiotherapists, sign interpreters, gardeners, cleaners, teachers, communicative mediators, ordinances, painters, education and leisure monitors, watchers, social workers, welders...
Requirements
As for the criteria, Moh has indicated that, as with the occupation codes, they will also be public, among those who are having a minimum seniority of at least one year of registration the Padrón de Melilla, maintain the status of unemployed not occupied from the publication of the final list until the signing of the contract and have the necessary accredited qualification for those positions that require a specific qualification.
In addition, the person may not be separated from the service of any administration through disciplinary proceedings or convicted of any crime against freedom, abuse or sexual harassment. Persons who are separated, through disciplinary proceedings, from the service of public administrations or who have been disqualified for public jobs or positions by judicial decision will also be excluded.
Apart from all the aforementioned, those people who did not deliver the documentation within the established deadlines will also be excluded.
50% Women
This Employment Plan addresses as criteria that people belong to groups with greater difficulties of employment, integrating in it women, victims of gender violence, people in long-term unemployment and people with disabilities.
For this reason, 50% of the persons selected will be long-term women and 5% of the positions offered will be filled by women with non-intellectual disabilities and 2% of the positions by women with intellectual disabilities, considering as such persons with a recognized disability equal to or greater than 33%.
Among 50% of women, 10% of the places will be reserved for women victims of gender violence and human trafficking. Within the remaining 50%, there will also be a reservation of 7% for people with disabilities - likewise 5% for non-intellectuals and 2% for intellectuals.
“It is important to bear in mind that the appearance in one of the final lists does not link to the contracting since the formalization of the contract will be subject to compliance with the established requirements,” said Moh.
