Trac Plus project
The main objective of the project is to incorporate artificial intelligence from Big Data tools for the processing of large batches of data and their protection in the dairy sector to verify transactions, obtaining a complete traceability of the product.
During the visit to the headquarters, they were able to see first-hand the evolution of the tools developed within the framework of this initiative, which integrates technical and economic advice for farmers and customers. The products are transformed into the dairy plant of Aira, “giving them a complete and reliable history and therefore making them more competitive in the one purchased by offering complete traceability, which adds a plus of security”, second they affirm from the cooperative. At the same time, these tools offer more information to farmers for decision-making on the farm and contribute to making the partner farms of the Aira cooperative more competitive.
