The Government, through the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts and the General Secretariat for Innovation and Quality of the Public Justice Service, has convened a selective process for free turn access to a place of the National Corps of Forensic Doctors in Navarre.
In total, the selection process amounts to 25 places, of which 21 correspond to autonomous communities with transferred competences in the field of justice, with the following distribution: Andalusia (1), Aragon (1), Catalonia (5), Valencia (4), Community of Madrid (9) and Navarre (1). The remaining 4 seats will be awarded under the management of the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts.
In addition, one of the places is allocated to the reservation time for people with disabilities with a degree equal to or greater than 33%.
This call, which has been negotiated with the trade union representatives present at the Sectoral Table of the Administration of Justice, corresponds to the Public Employment Offer (EPO) of the year 2023 and has been published in the BOE of February 8.
Admission is free of charge and the selective system, in addition to overcoming the opposition, requires approving a course organized by the Center for Legal Studies (CEJ). The required degree is to be a graduate or graduate in Medicine.
The agenda consists of 174 topics and the opposition consists of three exercises, the first of which must be held within the first three months from the date of the call. The deadline for submitting applications ends on March 7.
