“In addition to the infrastructure itself, which already makes an important leap in quality compared to what previously existed, being able to enjoy this building with state-of-the-art technological devices, represents very important progress in terms of the services to be provided to citizens and also represents an improvement in the working conditions of the agents themselves who provide services here on the border of Beni-Ezar”
The Delegate of the Government, Sabrina Moh, has moved to the border of Beni-Inicio where today the operation of the new infrastructure has been launched, which has involved an investment of 10 million euros.
Thus, the border crossing has an entry building to Melilla, another one to Morocco and a third building where the Civil Guard will also serve. “It was necessary to have an infrastructure according to the needs we have,” said Moh, who thanked all the people who have made it possible for this infrastructure to be a reality today.
The head of the Government Delegation took the opportunity to thank the State Security Forces and Corps for their work, especially when these facilities are being inaugurated in the middle of Operation Strait Pass (OPE), at the weekend and a few days before the celebration of the Feast of Sacrifice, so “the volume of work is even greater and, therefore, I am also pleased to know that we are going to have these facilities where the quality of services for the agents who work here will also improve.”
