The government delegate in Galicia, Pedro Blanco, redoubled this morning in Santiago the government’s commitment to the Galician business community, “a key ally” to move Galicia forward by promoting the different productive sectors.
Pedro Blanco participated in the common general assembly of the Confederation of Galician Entrepreneurs (CEG), where he highlighted the work of Galician entrepreneurship in “generating a better Galicia with the Government”. He was accompanied by the deputy delegate of the Government in A Coruña, María Rivas.
Pedro Blanco highlighted the support of the Government to the Galician productive fabric through the Recovery Plan, which allocates 82% of the 4,000 million euros invested in Galicia to companies, through both direct contributions and funds transferred to the regional administration. “This investment represents one of the best ways for Galicia to advance and progress; and we allocate it counting on entrepreneurship, because we trust all of you as generators of wealth, employment and well-being.”
In this regard, the delegate stressed the importance of public-private collaboration and placed the Government as “the best ally of the Galician company”, something tangible “through the milestones achieved, fruit of the investments previously indicated”. He stressed that there are still many challenges to be carried out, “but the Government, with its tireless work for the benefit of Galicia, will make this land a place full of opportunities, following the line promoted seven years ago”.
The delegate thanked Juan Manuel Vieites and the entire CEG for their constant willingness to work and collaborate and reminded them that the doors of the Government Delegation are open to all of them, with the clear goal of “continuing to build together Galicia of the future”.
