The deputy delegate of the Government in Ourense, Eladio Santos, visited this morning the facilities of the INSS in Ourense to approach the daily work of the officials and the needs of the agency, as he addressed with the provincial director of the INSS and the TGSS, Carolina Gancedo, and with the deputy director of Revenue Management, Juan Carlos Blanco.
This visit also aimed for the subdelegate to know in situ the functionalities of the new Importass APP that the TGSS comes from implementing, totally free, which, thanks to its simple and intuitive navigation, “facilitates the citizen’s relationship with Social Security,” explained Carolina Gancedo.
Updating and consulting personal data, obtaining detailed information on the bases of quotation or downloading the Working Life Report are some of the actions allowed by this new application, already available on Google Play and the iOS App Store.
For his part, the deputy valued this novelty very positively since “it allows both to obtain information and to carry out procedures easily from the mobile itself,” he said.
In addition, with the APP Importass, Social Security seeks to benefit all the groups that carry out procedures on a regular basis, such as the self-employed, home employment and artists; at the same time it manages to get closer to the youngest students, who from this beginning of the course have access through it to information on the contribution of their training practices, as well as to the breadth of procedures that will be useful to them in the present and in the future. It is a format fully adapted to this group, with all the functionalities of an app, such as personalized warnings, notifications and biometric identification.
