Toledo. The Delegation of the Government of Spain in Castilla-La Mancha has hosted an open day in the framework of the Open Administration Week in which users of the CECAP Training Service have participated, which have been received by the subdelegate of the Government in Toledo, Carlos Ángel Devia.
The attendees have been able to know the functioning of the General Administration of the State and, especially, the electronic services it offers to the citizen, its advantages and its possibilities. In this sense, the participants, with the guidance of the Delegation staff, have been able to obtain the Electronic Certificate with which a wide range of actions can be carried out telematically.
Open Government Week is an initiative promoted by the Alliance for Open Government worldwide that aims to disseminate its principles and practices to create a culture, shared by public administrations and citizens, based on the values of transparency and integrity, civic participation and promotion of fundamental rights, as well as accountability.
Spain belongs to the Open Government Alliance since 2011 and has participated in the organization and celebration of six editions, in which it has revalidated its leadership among the member states of the Alliance in the organization of activities to promote the culture of open government.
The CECAP Training Service is an organization at the service of people who find it especially difficult to achieve their personal objectives when they are vulnerable due to disability in their access to different areas (employment, education, independent living, etc. ).
Its objective is to promote, disseminate, promote and restore the rights of people in vulnerable situations to achieve their full participation in the social, work and educational life of our community, thus achieving their full inclusion and normalization in the society in which they live.
