Puertollano.-The deputy delegate of the Government of Spain in Ciudad Real, Mª de los Ángeles Herreros, and the mayor of Puertollano, Adolfo Muñiz, visited this morning the offices of the 2nd Company of the Civil Guard and the National Police Station of Puertollano.
In the Puertollano Civil Guard Company, Juan Ángel Coronado is the captain of the same company, who has given news to the deputy delegate and the mayor, they have also reviewed the remodelling works of the aforementioned unit, which has an investment of 3,250,000. Of this financial allocation, 350,000 euros will be contributed by the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, and the rest by the State Society of Real Estate Management of Heritage, SEGIPSA.
The project consists of acting on the enclosures of the quartering to improve the energy efficiency of the property, thus achieving greater savings in supplies and better comfort for the Corps personnel who serve in the facilities of Puertollano and by extension for the citizenship that requires them or carries out procedures such as in the Weapons Intervention Unit.
The Puertollano Company serves 24 municipalities and 14 districts and has closed one year 2022 with 5,481 patrol services performed and 374 humanitarian services.
Subsequently, in the National Police Station of Puertollano, with the head of the same, Juan Domínguez, they have had the opportunity to review the evolution of the works of the new station that has an investment of 6.4 million euros and they have also analyzed the data of the latest police operations “there is also excellent tuning and close collaboration between the Local Police and the National Police forces” said the mayor of the town,
The subdelegate of the Government has also pointed out “that the percentage of clarifications of crimes, 58.02%, is a very good figure”.
During the day they have also been visiting both offices, in addition to the mayor of Puertollano, Adolfo Muñiz, and the councilor for Citizen Security, Ana Belén Mazarro, the provincial commissioner of National Police, José Alberto Camacho, and the lieutenant colonel, Juan Antonio Valle, head of the Command of the Civil Guard.
