The Government Delegation in Asturias organizes a program of activities to disseminate the work of the General Administration of the State on the occasion of the Open Administration Week, which is held from 18 to 24 May.
With the aim of bringing the functioning of public services closer to the citizens, the Government Delegation in Asturias has prepared a varied agenda with visits, training activities and informative videoconferences.
The programming begins on Monday, day 18, with a videoconference on the new Regulation on Foreigners This will allow us to analyze the main regulatory developments after its recent reform with representatives of professional associations and the business sector.
In addition, members of the Federation of Deaf People of the Principality of Asturias (Fesopras) will visit the facilities of the Delegation. This activity will include a demonstration of the canine units of the Superior Police Headquarters of Asturias and a meeting with the delegate of the Government, Adriana Lastra.
Also on the 18th there is a scheduled visit to the port of El Musel, in Gijón, with the collaboration of the Zone/Command of the Civil Guard of Asturias, the Superior Police Headquarters of Asturias and the Port Authority of Gijón. This activity is organized for students of the higher training cycle of the Vocational Training Centre of the Sea.
Likewise, on the 20th one will develop visit to the Comprehensive Maritime Safety Center Jovellanos for students of the higher training cycle of Prevention of Professional Risks of the Vocational Training Center of La Trabajo.
In addition, on the 22nd there will be a Online conference on the new model for the organization of official controls of border inspection services which unifies the External, Animal and Plant Health services into a common integrated system.
In a transversal way, they will develop Two informational campaigns on social networks the Government Delegation under the title ‘Open administration, autonomous citizenship: access, learn, process’, aimed at facilitating electronic procedures; and ‘Understand to act’, focused on the detection and fight against gender violence.
