The delegate of the Government of Spain in Andalusia, Pedro Fernández, has today encouraged Andalusian families with an annual income of less than 27,000 euros and a patrimony less than 75,000 € to request from this Wednesday, February 15, the aid of 200 € approved by the Council of Ministers last January “to respond to the consequences that the war is having on the economy of our country and protect the most vulnerable”.
This aid, which is expected to reach 4.2 million households throughout Spain, is intended for salaried, self-employed and unemployed persons registered in employment offices who do not receive other social benefits, such as a pension or the Minimum Vital Income.
Pedro Fernández recalled that last year the Tax Agency paid another aid of 200€ to 178,814 people in Andalusia, “workers, self-employed and unemployed in homes with incomes of less than 14,000 euros and whose assets, discounting the usual housing, did not exceed 43,196.4 euros”. “In total it was 35.7 million euros that reached Andalusian families to mitigate the effects of inflation,” added the delegate, emphasizing “that now the Government of Spain continues to take another step and opens a new call to protect the most vulnerable.”
Taxpayers who wish to apply for the single payment assistance of 200 euros will have to fill out a form at the Tax Agency, from February 15 to March 31, 2023, in which they will provide the bank account where they want the transfer to be made. It will be necessary to have Cl@ve or electronic certificate to carry out the procedure.
In principle, it will not be necessary to provide any documentation. Once the form is filled in, the Tax Agency will cross your data with those of other administrations and determine if the taxpayer is entitled to the check.
If the granting of the aid is not appropriate, the Tax Agency will notify the applicant, who will have ten days to argue. After a period of one month without the submission of any allegation, document or justification, your request is deemed to have been denied.
