Affiliation to Social Security in the Community of Madrid during November grew 0.92% compared to the previous month, and earned an average of 35,039 contributors, according to data from the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration published on Tuesday.
In year-on-year terms, the region has an increase of 2.86% in Social Security membership, with a total of 107,281 more troops. Thus, the global number of contributors in the region reaches 3,864,266 people.
In this increase, women represent, in relation to the previous month, 51%, while the year-on-year stood at 42.9%.
Of all the members of the Social Security in the Community of Madrid, 3,420,293 belong to the General Regime, 440,162 are autonomous, 3,811 are registered in the Regime of the Sea and do not have any contributors in the Coal Regime. Likewise, 1,941 are registered in the agricultural sector and 91,516 in the household services sector.
Non-professional caregivers, related to dependence, increased in relation to the month of October in 125 people, 79.2% are women (99); during this year 1354 have been added to this heading, 81.3% of them are women.

Most of the new members come from outside the union, 423,884 people.
Affiliations to the special home employee system that is reduced both monthly and year-on-year fall; thus in one year 6,858 affiliates were lost. In this section, the majority, 70.3% are women and come from outside the Union.

The labor market adds up to 522,771 affiliates in the last twelve months, to record a total of 21,825,233 employed in the original series in November, the highest level in that month. It represents a rate of job creation of 2.5% year-on-year
If we compare with the month of October, there are 14,358 fewer affiliates, a less pronounced decrease than that experienced in this same month in 2024 (-30.051); which is well below the average of the 2017-2019 period, prior to the pandemic.
If we deduct seasonality and the calendar effect, Social Security has added 44,734 members in November and the series exceeds 21.8 million members. In particular, it has reached 21,838,253 members, the highest level in the series. In the first eleven months, there are 474,846 more employed.
