It is the right of any data subject to obtain from the controller, without undue delay, the rectification of personal data concerning him or her that are inaccurate.

Furthermore, for the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of an additional declaration.

In the request, the interested party must indicate the data to be corrected or, where appropriate, complete and specify the terms of said correction.

When necessary, the interested party must accompany the documentation justifying the inaccuracy or incomplete nature of the data.
