The EIEL is elaborated, following a common methodology, by the Deputations, Island Councils and Councils, Autonomous Uniprovincial Communities and the Generality of Catalonia, with the technical and economic collaboration of this ministry, which also corresponds to the monitoring and control of its updating and maintenance.
