On October 23, 2025, it was published in the electronic headquarters of this Ministry, the Resolution of the Director-General for Victim Care The provisional list of beneficiary and alternate entities of this call is published.
The entities have from 24 to 30 October to, where appropriate, present the acceptance of the grant and/or claims. The non-express acceptance of the subsidy will imply that it is waived. Likewise, through the application they must prove to be aware of their tax obligations and against Social Security by providing the positive and current certifications issued for the purposes of aid and subsidies by the State Tax Administration Agency and by the General Treasury of Social Security, unless you have given your consent to collect this information when making the application.
The entities that are not registered in the Social Security because they do not have workers in their charge, must provide within that period in the application of management of this aid, the corresponding responsible declaration using the model available in the electronic headquarters of this Ministry signed by the legal representative of the entity.
The documentation must be presented using a valid electronic signature certificate in the name of the legal representative of the entity concerned through the application available at the electronic office.
The 3rd of October was published Resolution of the Director-General for Victim Care by which the final lists of the applications admitted, excluded and discontinued in this call are published.
