In order to comply with the Historical Memory Act, the Ministry of Justice will facilitate access to the consultation of death record books of the Civil Registries under the General Directorate of Registries and Notaries.
This access will be regulated through the corresponding instructions of the General Directorate of Registries and Notaries.
