If you are a private security company and you are going to provide your services outside the interior of buildings and properties, such as events that take place on public roads or spaces, you must request prior authorization from the government delegate in those cases not allowed by the regulations.
PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICE AUTHORIZATIONS OUTSIDE THE INTERIOR OF BUILDINGS OR PROPERTIES
Deadline for resolution: The maximum period for the resolution of the authorization is established normatively in 2 months. However, as a commitment of quality of this Delegation to the private security companies of Madrid, we commit to resolve in time the requests that enter with a minimum of 8 working days in advance of the date of start of the service provision.
Necessary documentation
To have elements of valuation, applications must be accompanied by:
- Report justifying the need for the private security service to be carried out in the requested spaces, in relation to the place and temporary period in which the service will be carried out.
- Plans and delimitation of the place where the service will be provided.
- Proof of payment of the fee 790, code 53, concept “Authorization of opening of establishment obligated to have security measures, exemption and exemption of security measures at the provincial level and, in general, other authorizations that imply displacement and report by personnel of the Administration”.
