This section complies with the obligation provided for in article 7 e) of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance that provides for the publication of documents that, according to current sectoral legislation, must be submitted to a period of public information during their processing.

Likewise, Article 83.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations establishes that when the nature of the procedure requires it "a period of public information may be agreed".

As this is a procedure open to any person, whether interested or not, it is necessary to publish the announcement in the corresponding Official Gazette (State, Autonomous Community or Province), giving the opportunity to examine the procedure, or part thereof, that is agreed by the competent body to resolve it, being necessary to indicate the place of exhibition and the deadline for making claims (art. 83.2 LPA 39/2015).
