- La Order PJC/385/2024, of 30 April, creating the Digital Platform for Collaboration between Public Administrations and regulating its configuration and operation, is dictated in execution of the thirtieth additional provision of Law 40/2015, which establishes that through ministerial order the operation of Cooper@ will be created and established.
What is Cooper@?
Cooper@ consists of a digital platform through which the entire process of convening and holding the meetings of the sectoral conferences, commissions and working groups can be developed, from the convening and submission of documentation, to the same celebration by videoconference. It also includes facilities to prepare all the administrative work related to these meetings, from the list of attendees, control of attendance or voting delegations, as well as the preparation of a first version of the act through transcripts.
