Subdelegate Assistance Commission
The Law on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector establishes that in each Subdelegation of the Government there must be a Subdelegate Assistance Commission, chaired by itself and composed of the Secretary General and the holders of the territorial organs and services, both integrated and non-integrated, of the province. This commission coordinates the actions that are carried out homogeneously at the provincial level to ensure compliance with the general objectives set by the Government for territorial services.
