PROCEDURES PUBLIC INFORMATION ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS RD 1955/2000, MODIFIED BY RDL 23/2020 AND LAW 21/2013, OF ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT, MODIFIED BY LAW 9/2018

It indicates that the processing of public information is mandatory for:

•Article 127 the administrative authorization of production, transport and electrical distribution facilities.

•Article 124 the aforementioned facilities will be subjected to environmental impact assessment when required by law (article 36 Law 21/2013) and for this purpose, the public information referred to will be carried out in the phase of administrative authorization.

•Article 144 the application for recognition of public utility.

•Requests for administrative authorization and recognition of public utility can be made jointly, with a single public information procedure in this case.
