Fourth additional arrangement. Use of the official language.
1. All the military have the duty to know and the right to use Spanish, the official Spanish language of the State that will be used in the acts and relations of service.
2. In the units where administrative information and registration activities are carried out with service to the public, the official Spanish languages will be used, in the care of the citizen, in accordance with the applicable legislation in the General Administration of the State.
